One Minute Reviews: Splatoon

Splatoon is a Nintendo's new first party IP which dives into an unexplored field for the company. In my eyes third person shooters are a dying art form as the market is seemingly over saturated with realistic first person shooters. The game is refreshing in its bright colours and really vigrant visuals. The story is also great with a very enjoyable "Nintendo" plot and benefits to the online multiplayer which is the meat of the game.

The shooting mechanics also work really well and the ink/squid idea translates beautifully to the game. 

If you have any interest in Splatoon go pick it up its fantastic!
